Please Note - Physical Accessibility Limitations
Scarlet Hotel is a restored historic building. There is no elevator in the hotel, and access to the lobby and rooms requires climbing/descending stairs. Nevertheless, we make every effort to provide accessibility solutions where possible.
Accessible Room:
- Location: First floor (entry level)
- Door Width: 80 cm
- Shower: Seated shower with grab bars
- Toilet: Adjusted height with grab bars
* Access to the accessible room requires climbing several stairs. Please contact us in advance to arrange assistance.
Public Areas:
- Reception Desk: Standard height (110 cm). Seated service available upon request
- Lobby: Accessible after climbing entrance stairs
- Dining Room: Accessible, spacious between tables
- Rooftop: Accessible by stairs only
Additional Services:
- Service Dogs: Welcome in all hotel areas
- Luggage Assistance: Staff happy to assist
- Accessible Parking: No parking at hotel. Accessible parking available at nearby Gordon Parking
